As a career consultant, Robin works closely with individuals providing resources and strategies to accelerate their career goals.  She has over 25 years of corporate financial and non-profit experience and is recognized for her work as a senior leader and coach. Robin enjoys partnering with individuals from all walks of life to help clients gain heightened self-awareness while developing strategic coaching solutions to meet their career goals, improve business results, team performance, and personal satisfaction.

Prior to joining CCI, Robin enjoyed a successful career in the banking industry. Most recently Robin was employed at Bryn Mawr Trust where she was a team leader for multiple office locations. Throughout her career, Robin has been an entrepreneur developing several businesses and serving on numerous non-profit boards. Early in her career, Robin served as an Executive Director for a not-for-profit business organization where she honed her public relations and community outreach skills. Her corporate experience includes the fields of marketing, business development and operations.

Robin earned a B.A. in English/Journalism from The University of Delaware and holds the following certifications; Professional Credentialed Coach, (PCC) through International Coaching Federations (IFC), Certified Habit Change Coach, through Habit Change Company, and Sports Nutrition Consultant certified through AAAI/ISMA.

An accomplished public speaker and presenter, Robin is equally as comfortable at one-on-one coaching or online video group coaching. Robin is a member of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) of Philadelphia and the global organization. Her volunteerism includes serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Media Fellowship House, whose mission is to promote cultural diversity. She also serves on the board of The Center Foundation, a women’s mentoring program for teenage mothers and women in transition.
