She is known as an ethical, trustworthy leader dedicated to achieving results through personal effectiveness and credibility with others. During her tenure as CEO/President of Nazareth Hospital, Pat led this 1,300 employee organization through a successful financial, clinical, and cultural turnaround. Throughout her career, Pat has a track record of achieving success by engaging key stakeholders, revitalizing culture, and increasing organizational performance.
Pat holds an Honorary Doctorate from Holy Family University, a MSN from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BSN from Hahnemann University. She earned a Coaching Certificate from Teleos Leadership Institute and is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.
