As a member of the Human Resources Consulting Practice, Kelly delivers human capital solutions using Human Resources best practices. With over ten years as an HR professional, Kelly has broad based experience that includes the full spectrum of human resources.
Kelly has provided strong value to the organizations she has worked for in a variety of ways, including: HR compliance relative to FMLA, OSHA, ACA, Disability, ADA, OSHA, COBRA and I-9. Also, she has been engaged in policy and procedure development and implementation, recruiting and onboarding, and collective bargaining interaction and negotiations.
Most recently, in addition to managing day to day HR activities, Kelly was responsible for overseeing the organization’s health and welfare benefit programs, including relationships with vendors, healthcare providers, insurance carriers and brokers. In addition, Kelly worked to develop more effective and efficient HRIS capabilities, while responsible for full cycle recruitment for three satellite sites and the corporate headquarters.
Kelly’s work experience is diverse and includes a broad range of organizations both for profit and non-profit such as, Progressions Companies, Inc./Malvern Institute, Liberty Healthcare Corporation, Superior Tube Company, and Indian Creek Foundation.
Known for her creative ideas and practical approach to offering measurable solutions aligned to business need, Kelly brings a reputation as a strong HR professional with outstanding communications, teaming and relationship-building skills to all clients. Her experience, accomplishments and reputation all speak to both strong level strategy consulting as well as hands-on tactical work achievements.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cabrini University.
