As a member of the Client Service Support team, Kathy Bonanni strives to provide friendly and excellent service to all clients of CCI. Some of her responsibilities include maintaining office supplies inventory, placing supply orders using competitive pricing skills, assembly of marketing and client materials with strong attention to detail. In addition, she fills the role of front desk receptionist in CCI’s Blue Bell corporate office. She has a keen eye for editing. As Receptionist, Kathy graciously greets and assists visiting guests to meetings with a warm smile and makes them feel most welcomed. She answers incoming calls with a courteous and professional manner. She plans many corporate events and weekly seminars.
Prior to joining CCI Consulting, Kathy has over 35 years of professional experience in several industry sectors, with a particular drive and enthusiasm in customer service. Kathy continues to enjoy her role as a part time Sales/Stock Associate for Williams-Sonoma. For many years, Kathy worked concurrently for Preit-Rubin as a Customer Service Representative at Willow Grove Park and Williams-Sonoma. Her earlier career was in the banking industry at Wells Fargo (formerly Fidelity & First Fidelity Bank). She held positions in Loan Operations, Purchasing and Economics Departments.
Known for her friendly and easy-going personality, Kathy takes the GUEST approach when interacting with clients by Greeting, Understanding needs, Explaining services, Securing questions, and Thanking them. She received Catch the Spirit Award on several occasions in her current retail role. With over 25 years retail service throughout her professional career, it is no wonder that Kathy is passionate and exemplifies stellar customer service.
Kathy is very involved in her community as President and Membership officer of her neighborhood association. She performs civic service as Inspector on Primary and Election Day. Kathy is a past board member and continues to help fundraise for Upper Dublin Swim & Dive Team Booster Club.
