Joe led the organization from a small career transition consulting company in the late 1980’s to a company recognized today as the largest, independently owned Human Capital consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region. CCI’s practices include: corporate sponsored career transition, professional and executive search, training, organizational development, coaching, HR consulting, HR outsourcing, interim professional staffing, insurance brokerage and more.
Joe is responsible for the company’s sales efforts and the company’s impressive revenue growth reflects its well-earned reputation for providing nontraditional, outcome focused solutions for its clients. He led the expansion of the business at an annualized rate of 17% growth each year for the last 10 years and the client list now exceeds 3,400+ companies.
Joe has over 30 years of experience in sales, account management, recruiting / executive search, human resources and coaching. Prior to joining CCI Consulting, he held executive level human resource positions with Providian, which merged into Aegon, as well as Prudential Insurance Company. He led the human resource efforts to grow from 300 employees to 3,000 employees for a company that was recognized as the premier direct marketing firm of financial service products in the country.
Recognized as one of the most connected leaders in the Delaware Valley with over 9,000 direct connections in LinkedIn, Joe has a talent for building lifetime relationships both professionally and personally. Whether interacting with a client or coaching an executive, Joe is known for both his candor and his ability to motivate. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Relations from LaSalle University and completed courses in the MBA program at Temple University. He also earned the FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) designation.
