He has proven expertise recruiting across functions and levels – through to senior leadership. Prior to joining CCI, James enjoyed a rewarding career in both search firm and private industry environments, sharpening his recruiting skills in pharmaceutical, call center, operations, sales, and information technology. He is a trusted and respected consulting partner to CCI clients and has earned a reputation for making the right match for both the client and the candidate.
