As Director, Relationship Management, Jacqui Roush brings 20 years’ experience as a proven leader of lead generation and inside sales teams. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a proven ability to build sales programs within organizations while meeting short-term tactical and long-term strategic goals and objectives.
As a part of the Business Development team for CCI Consulting, Jacqui works closely with each member of the team to uncover client needs, generate leads and manage the pipeline of potential opportunities for growing the company. In addition, as she works with the sales team she provides continual feedback and refinement of go to market campaigns and programs to better support clients’ needs.
Jacqui’s experience includes a wide range of industries from Fortune 100 to small boutique operations. Prior to joining CCI, most recently, Jacqui was the list manager for the national inside sales team for the leading provider of Voice, Internet and Cable services in the country. Earlier experience includes lead generation for a leading provider of online reference assessment solutions, a provider of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform, a few search/recruiting firms and a telecommunications firm. This broad range of experience allows Jacqui to quickly analyze client needs and translate that into initial solutions.
Known for her ability to work with executives in sales and marketing to drive strategic plans with detailed tactical execution, Jacqui provides paths for scalable operations and repeatable success models for lead generation and sales. In addition, she drives process into the lead generation model utilizing communication and technology such as, CRM’s to build integration into the team ensuring successful outcomes.
Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Arcadia University.
