Evern is a senior consultant with extensive experience supporting a wide variety of organizations including, but not limited to, the chemical industry, state government and higher education sector. His expertise includes career coaching, business partnerships, strategic planning, talent acquisition, diversity consulting, benefits management, employee relations, union-labor relations, performance management, organizational development, safety practices, compliance, investigations, systems, and workforce planning.

Known for his creative ideas and his practical approach to offering measurable solutions aligned to business needs, Evern brings a reputation as a strong leader with outstanding communications, teaming and relationship-building skills.  His core competencies include business partnership, organizational development, learning and development, employee relations, union-labor relations, diversity consulting, change management, continuous improvement and compliance & safety.

Evern’s experience and knowledge is broad and goes beyond human resources. The varied responsibilities he has had throughout his career have spanned all aspects of human resources including career coaching, change management, organizational development, employee relations, union-labor relations, compliance, investigations and performance management.  While in charge of adult education for a local community college, he was responsible for oversight of the Adult Basic Education/English as a Second Language program. In his role as a consultant, Evern has provided a wide array of services such as organizational design, talent development, change management, diversity leadership, training programs, facilitation, train the trainer, team building, compliance management and best practices.

Evern has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College and is President of the alumni association’s board of directors.  He is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Salem County Human Relations Advisory Board and a past board of director of United Way of Salem County.
