As a Career Consultant, Debbi works closely with individuals providing resources and strategies to accelerate their career goals. Her key areas of expertise include career coaching, resume development, interview skills, and job search strategies. She has over 20 years combined professional experience in financial services, human services and the workplace-learning field, and leverages her background to help individuals in transition or career change.
Prior to joining CCI Consulting, Debbi held diverse roles in workforce development, consulting, and training and development. Her background includes delivering direct services to a broad spectrum of clients and facilitating skill development programs for front line employees. Topics include Resume Development, Interview Skills, Job Search Strategies, and Customer Service. She excels at connecting with her clients and workshop participants helping them navigate transition and achieve positive outcomes.
Known for delivering interactive presentations on career related topics, Debbi has presented programs for Temple University Alumni Association, the Women’s Resource Center, Federally Employed Women (FEW), and other local organizations. She also participates as a resume expert at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women and has contributed to Philadelphia NBC 10’s “Survive and Thrive” events.
Debbi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Graduate Certificate in Training and Organizational Development from Temple University and holds designations as a Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC) and Certified Employment Interview Consultant (CEIC). She received a Competent Toastmasters Designation (CTM) through Toastmasters International and is a member of the Association of Career Professionals International, Greater Philadelphia Network.
