As an Executive Search Consultant with CCI, Bill is a passionate and vital member of the organization, working with our clients to assure a successful search outcome as well as provide exceptional customer service and a candidate experience second to none.

His career in Talent Acquisition spans more than 20 years and he has an impressive history of helping organizations secure top talent to meet their business objectives. Prior to joining CCI and partnering to support the needs of our broad client portfolio, Bill had successful affiliations with eBay, TruePosition, Inc. (Skyhook Wireless) and Tyco; and has also effectively recruited for Schering Plough, Amgen, LiquidHub, and Einstein Healthcare Network. Bill’s unique background of corporate, agency and RPO full life cycle recruiting experience is a true asset. He has filled entry level to executive level roles in accounting/finance, human resources, operations, marketing, sales, project management, and IT (and more) on a national basis. He is a confident and proven search consultant who brings the breadth of his experience to every search engagement.

Bill has a passion for all things job search. He is experienced in all phases of the recruitment cycle, an avid networker and active member of the LinkedIn community, and is always learning and exploring new ways to bring job seekers and hiring managers together.

In addition to his role as an Executive Search Consultant, Bill is a former “Job Search Skills” instructor and member of the Board of Directors for Haverford Township Adult School. He was a featured guest on “HR Today” radio show featuring strategies on recruiting and retention. Bill has also written and presented over 25 interactive job search workshops, served on panel discussions, delivered online webinars, and participated in virtual and in person job fairs.

Bill earned a Master’s of Science in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Human Resources, both from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
