Andy Rosen

Senior Compensation Consultant

Andy is a compensation/reward consultant with highly developed analytical, business development, leadership, relationship building and communication skills.  With over 40 years of experience, he is an expert developer of strategic reward systems.

Andy has provided compensation/reward analysis and recommendations to a wide range of clients.  In addition, he is actively involved with a company that consults and encourages employees to get more active and healthy by directly linking their activities to charitable contributions.

Previously, Andy was leader of the compensation business for Buck Consultants (now Conduent) and an executive vice president with ORC Worldwide (now part of Mercer), where he led the U.S. compensation consulting practice and the global compensation survey business (SIRS).  In addition, he was a vice president with Aon Consulting (now Aon Hewitt), where he led the national employee compensation practice.

Andy has conducted and managed major projects in the areas of compensation analysis, total reward strategy, market analysis, performance management, incentive design, and salary management including job analysis/job evaluation and job architecture, for U.S.-based and global clients in many industries.

As a committed member of his community, Andy serves on the Board Human Resources Committee of the Swarthmore Co-op and manages the revitalized Swarthmore Farmers Market, which was recently ranked #1 in Pennsylvania and #8 in the U.S. by the American Farmland Trust.

Because of his recognized expertise, Andy is a frequent speaker, presenter, and author/co-author of numerous articles and book chapters in several editions of the Compensation Handbook and The Talent Management Handbook.  He is a member of WorldatWork, PEBA, Philadelphia Society for People & Strategy, and Beacon.

Andy earned an MBA degree in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Social Service degree in Social Service Management from the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work & Social Research, and a B.A. degree cum laude in Political Science from Williams College.
