Managing Change Throughout One’s Job Search

Change is ever present in our daily lives and it’s important that we respond to and manage that change.  That becomes even more important when faced with a changing employment landscape and a job search.  We will be discussing the how dealing with change relates to dealing with a loss while also reviewing the art & science of how one can turn the stress of change into a motivating fuel that strengthens our resolve.


Diana Hubble, Leadership

Diana is an accomplished business Leader with expertise in Learning and Development, Change Management, and Organizational Development. She is a Military Veteran serving in a leadership role with a local American Legion, providing guidance to military members transitioning to the civilian sector.  Her work experience includes roles in change management, leadership, and ownership with Prudential, as well as training & development roles with key local employers such as Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co.  Diana earned a BS in Business & an MBA from Delaware Valley University.
