March 8th is International Women’s Day (IWD), a global day that has been celebrated for over 100 years where the world comes together to honor past, present, and future achievements for and by women.
As a women-owned business, it’s always been a big day for us at CCI Consulting, but after the disruption of 2020, it feels particularly more important to stand together against inequality.
With this year’s IWD theme set at #ChooseToChallenge, we’re raising our hands high in support and celebrating all the ways we as a company and as individuals are challenging and calling out gender bias, discrimination and helping to forge a more inclusive world.
Our world and company leaders play an integral role in forging the path toward change, but it’s also up to each and every one of us to get involved – and there is no action too small to get started.
Leveraging the #ChooseToChallenge theme, we’ve asked some of our CCI team members to strike the #ChooseToChallenge pose and share how they are choosing to challenge inequality and advocate for a more inclusive world.
