Manager Client Services, Human Resources Consulting
Victoria joined Career Concepts in July 2008 and has become an integral member of the HR Consulting team. She was promoted to Manager, Client Services in January 2011 in recognition of her outstanding contributions and performance on a variety of complex HR Consulting assignments for clients across the spectrum of industries.
As part of the HR Consulting team, Victoria's expertise is brought in to meet project needs for our clients which involve recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, HR audits, implementation of HR policies and procedures, compliance with all federal/state/local legislation and providing general consultative direction on HR best practices. Victoria has a keen ability to analyze business processes and develop efficient and effective resolutions / processes. To each assignment, Victoria brings a relentless work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and above all, a sincere desire to help CCI's clients. She completed her BA from Moravian College with a dual major in Business Management and Psychology.
Prior to joining CCI, Victoria honed her HR skills at the American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Max & me Catering and radio station 99.5 WJBR of Wilmington, DE. She is an active member of the Development Committee for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
