Chief Financial Officer

Tom serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Career Concepts and manages all of the company's financial matters in all business lines.  He plays a key strategic role in evaluating various strategic alliance initiatives, mergers and potential acquisitions.  Tom has an impressive background of both corporate and consulting experience. Prior to joining Career Concepts, Tom served as the Chief Operating Officer of Academy Life Insurance Company, where he led both strategic and tactical initiatives for this $400 million organization. His background also includes roles as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Providian Corporation and Controller for National Liberty Corporation, a company that was recognized as the premier direct marketer of insurance and financial service products in the world. Tom is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and has earned his FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute) designation.
