Ted Lyon

Senior Consultant

Ted is a Regional Vice President in charge of Career Concepts' Central Pennsylvania operations.  He brings over thirty years of human resource generalist experience with CNH (formerly New Holland) a major manufacturer of agricultural equipment.  His experience encompasses human resource management, employee development, staffing, performance management, succession planning, retention and college relations.  Prior to Career Concepts, Ted was the senior human resource professional responsible for College Relations, staffing and outplacement services for reductions-in-force and one-off separations for New Holland's North American operations.

Ted has been recognized by both universities and community groups for sharing his career management expertise with student organizations.  An alumnus of Bloomsburg University, he majored in Business Administration.
