Susan is responsible for building and managing client relationships with primary focus throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. In addition to business development, Susan has recently assumed the responsibility for driving branding and marketing efforts for the firm.

Having achieved success as a strategic partner of Career Concepts, Susan was invited to join the CCI team in January 2008.  The owners of Career Concepts saw a true "Business Athlete" in Susan and immediately involved her in critical executive searches as well as business development / account management activities. Susan has cultivated strong relationships with her global through regional clients - no client is too big or too small; she brings the same degree of customer focus to all.

Prior to joining Career Concepts, Susan established and ran a woman-owned executive search firm, Castlerea Consulting LLC, working with clients in Financial Services and the Health Care industries to find and secure top tier talent.  It was during this time that Susan established a strategic partnership with Career Concepts, expanding her capabilities to bring the full spectrum of human capital solutions to her clients.  Prior to Castlerea Consulting, Susan held numerous Operations Management roles at Prudential Insurance Company encompassing national call center, claims, billing & eligibility, training and organizational development, working with Prudential's Group Health National Executive Team on leadership and process improvement initiatives.  Susan managed large scale projects focused on incentive compensation pilots, leadership development for frontline managers and process improvement projects as well as the enterprise group health department's restructuring and ultimate sale.

Susan achieved her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from LaSalle College and has completed courses towards her MBA.  She is an original Board member still serving on the Greater Philadelphia Foundation for Women Entrepreneurs  which was established in 2009 to help NAWBO (National Organization of Women Business Owners) of Greater Philadelphia Chapter provide educational, leadership and research opportunities for both emerging and established woman entrepreneurs.  The Foundation's mission is to increase women-owned businesses in the Greater Philadelphia region and create new jobs.  Susan was also asked to serve as a member of the 2010-2011 Panel Advisory Board for the Athena Powerlink Program providing specific guidance and direction in the area of strategic planning, branding & marketing, and tactical plans to achieve targeted growth for a selected female entrepreneur with sales above $5M.
