Sue Grasso

Senior Consultant

Sue is a senior member of the HR Consultant team.  Her depth of both Human Resources and Operations experience positions her well for several long term, full outsource Human Resource leadership roles.  She is a talent acquisition leader recognized for forging strong business relationships and understanding operational needs to properly staff an organization.  Industry expertise includes energy, utility, manufacturing, engineering, information technology and financial services in both union and non union environments,  

Sue brings a unique background combining Human Resources with an extensive operations focus.  She spent over twenty years at Prudential Insurance Company with leadership roles in Life Underwriting, Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, Cost Services, Tax, Actuarial Services, Consumer Affairs, Marketing and Compliance.  Sue was a Registered Principal and completed FINRA/NASD Series 6, 26 and 63 exams.  As Compliance Manager, she served as a business liaison for Prudential in conjunction with the New Jersey State Task Force's investigation into fraudulent business practices.

Sue is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has completed multiple courses toward her MBA at Philadelphia University.  She was also a NCAA and high school women's lacrosse and field hockey official. She served as the President and Chairperson of the Philadelphia Field Hockey Umpires and sat on the Executive Board for Philadelphia's Women's Lacrosse Officials.
