Sharon drives vision, strategy and overall direction of the firm.  She had been a loyal client of Career Concepts for a number of years before joining the company in 1999 as Chief Operating Officer, charged with establishing the infrastructure and processes to support significant expansion and growth.  Within 5 years, Sharon successfully established and launched three additional CCI practices - Executive Coaching, Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resource Consulting - fueling a 300% increase in revenue in the last ten years.  Her strategic prowess and game-changing ability to bring concept to impeccable delivery has been the driving force of our success. We stand today as a trusted human capital subject-matter expert in  large part because of Sharon's guiding vision and direction. Clients, colleagues and her employees share a consistent sentiment: Sharon is the person you want "in the foxhole" with you.

Sharon emerged as a center of influence among the 65 international CPI partner firms, and was voted to a CPI Board position in 2009.  She leads a number of global CPI initiatives in her Board role.  She was also appointed as the Treasurer and Vice President of Finance in fourth quarter 2010.

Prior to joining the company, Sharon was the Director of Aetna/US Healthcare’s National Service Center where she led a 600-member customer service team supporting the company’s managed healthcare, indemnity healthcare and key client membership. Before that, she managed over 1,100 employees in Prudential’s Fort Washington Customer Service Group. She also led the HR activities for an 8,500-employee organization supporting the Prudential Healthcare Group. In the early 1990s, as part of her fast-track management rotation program, she served as Senior Account Executive in charge of one of Prudential’s largest groups, the National Education Association (NEA), where she assumed full profit and loss responsibilities for its 350,000 members. Sharon graduated magna cum laude in just three years from Temple University and has an HR Management certification from Villanova University.
