Retained: This relationship creates a fully integrated and mutually dedicated partnership between the Client Company and Career Concepts. This relationship is typical for leadership and other mission critical roles in an organization. This committed partnership improves communication between all parties.
This level of service includes comprehensive assessments of candidates, face-to-face interviews of candidates, interview reports, candidate profiles, and in-depth reference checking and reporting.
Career Concepts is accountable for filling the position regardless of the time investment. Career Concepts continuously markets the client company and the career opportunity to a cross-section of candidates and sources to assure a broad based candidate group. The fee is based on a percentage of base compensation and paid in three parts: usually one-third of fee at the beginning of the search; one-third midway through the search efforts; and the balance of the fee is paid at the conclusion of the search.
A single search firm relationship improves the quality and the success of the search for both the client company and the candidate providing the greatest value and experience.
Exclusive Contingency: Career Concepts is engaged as the only search firm working on the search. Depending upon the nature and complexity of the search, an advance partial fee may be requested. All fees are at risk and payable only when a candidate submitted and approved by the client company is hired. The client receives regular activity updates. All candidates are carefully prequalified and interview assessments are provided. If an advance partial fee is paid and a search does not result in a candidate being hired, any advance fees paid are refunded.
Guarantees: Career Concepts guarantees its work and candidates. If a candidate leaves a client company during the first ninety (90) days, we will replace him/her with another acceptable candidate at no charge on the condition that the client company notifies Career Concepts, in writing, of all facts of the separation. This guarantee is not applicable if the client company eliminates the position.
