Rick Hays is an experienced career counselor and executive coach with twenty-five years of experience and passion for providing individual and group counseling services. He is certified by Career Partners International as a Master Career Transition Consultant and also brings solid executive coaching, facilitation, project management and leadership development abilities. In 2004, he joined Career Concepts, Inc., as Vice President, Client Relations for the Wilmington, Delaware practice office. In addition to providing counseling and coaching services to executive clients, Rick facilitates two senior executive networking groups and the monthly ExecuNet meetings for senior executives.
Earlier in his career, Rick was an Executive Director for the United Cerebral Palsy Association in Pennsylvania. As an ordained Presbyterian Minister, Rev. Rick Hays had served parishes in Pennsylvania, New York and is invited to be a guest minister at churches in the greater Wilmington area. He is a minister member of the New Castle Presbytery, Newark, DE. Rick holds a B.S. degree from West Chester University, a Master of Divinity degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and has completed the four-year residency program at the Westchester Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Bedford Hills, New York. He is a member of the Emergency Chaplain Corps with The Chapel of Four Chaplains in Philadelphia and has served at Ground Zero in New York City as a member of the World Trade Center Crisis Recovery Team.
