Retirement

Retirement does not mean the same thing today as it might have for our parents or grandparents. Today,  life expectancy is longer, financial uncertainty is greater and post-retirement alternatives are more plentiful. This unique program provides a framework and the essential skills to explore a wide variety of retirement options including career continuation, part-time employment, starting or buying a business or franchise, or a variety of other post-career activities including resumption of traditional employment.

The New Horizons program helps participants who are at any point in their life path or contemplating a transition from their current position to create a self-portrait that includes their personal needs.  Using this self-assessment, a Career Concepts / Career Partners International certified Life Options^© Retirement Coach guides participants down an educational pathway encouraging them to case aside old, limiting assumptions and become fully invested in the design of a new and rewarding lifestyle exploring the full array of options.
