Retirement does not mean the same thing today as it might have for our parents or grandparents.  Life expectancy is longer and, oftentimes, the retiree is financially better off than his or her parents.  This opens a host of alternatives to the individual.  But how to proceed?

This program is designed for employees who elect early and/or normal retirement.  The focus is to give the employee the skill sets essential to explore a wide variety of employment options including career continuation, part-time employment, starting or buying a business or franchise, or a variety of other post-career activities including resumption of traditional employment.
