Nickole is a key member of our Human Resources Consulting Team.  She has over 15 years of experience managing Human Resources departments in a variety of settings including technology, healthcare, and banking.  Nickole has worked with large and small companies to implement strategic planning, succession planning, leadership development, policy design and implementation, staffing and employee relations management.  Throughout her career, she has had a strong focus in process improvement and the strategic alignment of human resources with the goals of the organization.  Her recent projects include evaluating and then restructuring the Human Resources function for a major medical practice in Baltimore, MD, and conducting compliance audits and implementing a comprehensive Human Resources function for a manufacturing company and a top-rated Mental Healthcare facility in Delaware. She also provides client support and delivers on-site HR support for numerous clients.  She is a member of Delaware SHRM and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Goldey-Beacom College where she teaches the Fundamentals of HR Management, and Staffing and Selection.  She holds a Masters Degree in Management with a Concentration in HR from Wilmington University and earned her Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Delaware.  She is also PHR certified.
