Michelle is a key member of our Human Resource consulting team. She has over 10 years of experience managing a Human Resources and Accounts Payable department in the healthcare arena.  Michelle worked with mid and small-sized companies to implement strategic planning, payroll implementation, benefit administration, succession planning, and policy design and implementation.  Throughout her career, she has had a strong focus in process improvement and the strategic alignment of human resources with the goals of the organization.  Her recent projects include managing and then restructuring the Human Resources function for a healthcare management company in Horsham, PA and then conducting the full background processes for a global information technology company. She also provides client support and delivers on-site HR support for numerous interim and full HR Outsource clients.  She is ADP certified.
