Michael joined Career Concepts in March, 2009 and made an immediate impact across multiple practice areas. He has become CCI's "go-to" guy assuming lead roles for critical retained or exclusive searches, providing career counseling for executive and mid-level career transition candidates, conducting corporate training programs as well as cultivating new business relationships throughout the market. Michael has emerged as CCI's social media guru and can be found teaching social media seminars for CCI employees, career transition candidates and for clients and associations throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
Michael possesses strong human resource management experience in the areas of talent acquisition, recruiting, employee relations, training & development as well as social networking tools. Michael's background covers a variety of business environments encompassing chemical, manufacturing, banking and pharmaceutical market research serving in human resource management roles with Betz Laboratories, Citizens Bank and TargetRX.
Michael holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and is a certified instructor in the following programs: Zenger Miller - Frontline Leadership, Development Dimensions International - Target Selection Interviewing and Walter V. Clark - Activity Vector Analysis (Behavioral Assessment). Michael served 4 years in the United States Air Force and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in General Studies/Communications from Louisiana Tech University.
