Maureen Yanoshik

Maureen joined Career Concepts recently after a career spanning 27 years at Prudential Financial. A versatile and practiced business executive, Maureen’s experience includes Business Reengineering, Call Center Management, Marketing and Human Resources.  Her focus is on helping clients improve and build upon their professional relationships to position them for the greatest possible career growth. Whether they are looking to make a complete career transition or simply to move within their chosen field, Maureen’s skilled approach to coaching yields positive results.

Maureen’s professional background with Prudential Financial is considerable. Her experience ranges from human resources and project management to marketing and customer service management.  As director of Prudential’s AARP human resources team, she was responsible for HR services including training and development for over 4000 employees.  While at Prudential, she also led the customer service operation for the company’s largest client, winning awards for service and innovation. Maureen’s project management experience at Prudential includes the reengineering of one of the company’s new business units while still running an entire customer service department. Currently, Maureen exercises her leadership skills as a member of the Penn State Liberal Arts Alumni Board of Directors.
 
Maureen is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Communications. She has also completed graduate work at the University of Georgia. Maureen has previously held both her Series 6 and Series 26 license.
