Vice President / Professional & Executive Search Practice Leader
Mary provides day-to-day management of CCI’s Search practice. She successfully transformed the practice from a commoditized contingency search practice to a retained or exclusive contingency search partner to global, national and regional clients. The practice has grown two-fold under her leadership and continues explosive growth.
Mary is a versatile and accomplished human resources professional with experience in the healthcare, insurance, financial services, human capital consulting, pharmaceutical distribution/services, and e-commerce industries. Highly effective at both the strategic and tactical levels, her talents encompass all human resources disciplines. Her experience is diverse and has included environments from entrepreneurial to a Fortune #27 company. Mary was originally a member of Career Concepts from 2001 – 2003 and provided consulting services for a number of key CCI clients including strategic and tactical staffing expertise. She rejoined our firm in 2008 as Vice President, Global Practice Leader of Professional and Executive Search and is an essential member of our senior team.
Before returning to the firm, she was with AmerisourceBergen for nearly five years in a Lead HR Business Partner capacity. Among her overall successes there, was building the corporate staffing function, managing large-scale staffing initiatives, and influencing staffing and recruiting practices across their diverse Business Units. Prior to this, Mary held senior HR roles in companies including Provident Indemnity Life Insurance Company, Retired Persons Services (AARP Pharmacies Administrator), and The Renfrew Center (healthcare) as well as partnering with a number of private corporate clients while she ran an independent HR practice. The broad scope of her experience, along with her strong customer and results orientation, is an asset to the firm and our clients.
Mary attended Philadelphia University for Human Resources Management and is an SPHR (continuous since 1999). She is certified in a number of training programs and assessments, including DiSC behavioral assessment, PDI-360 Manager & Executive Coaching, and Linkage Change Management. In addition to this, Mary is a certified Life Options Retirement Coach and a CPI certified Career Transitions Coach.
