Our staff is trained in the use of a variety of both organizational and individual assessment instruments ranging from the MBTI team report for teams focusing on maximizing organizational performance to the FIRO-B to assess individual leadership.  Our leadership programs present many opportunities for self-assessment and growth.  A variety of other personality and skills assessments are available from our highly trained staff.
