Lauri Ann Plante, SPHR

Lauri is responsible for building and managing client relationships throughout South Jersey for Career Concepts.  Her background includes approximately 20 years in the human capital space, supporting clients as they work through people issues impacting their organization and business results.

Prior to joining the Career Concepts team March 2011, Lauri served as Assistant Vice President/HR Business Partner at Virtua Health system in South Jersey. She provided both strategic and tactical guidance and consulting to Virtua leadership as well as high potentials in the organization.  Additionally, Lauri provided interim leadership for Culture & Recognition programs as well as Organizational Effectiveness processes.

Before Virtua, Lauri held the role of Vice President Client Services for Right Management, a global consulting firm, for 17 years.  She proved herself to be a trusted advisor to her clients helping them successfully navigate through leadership changes, mergers & acquisitions and restructuring.  During her tenure at Right, she was the recipient of many awards including the prestigious "President's Award" for her dedication to client service.

Lauri is currently pursuing her Masters in Organizational Development & Leadership through Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State College.  She has received her lifetime SPHR certification (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.  In addition, Lauri has completed 125 hours of coach certification training through Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance (ICF accredited) and is working towards her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation.

Lauri has been a judge for the Human Resources Department of the Year Awards and serves on the Board for the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Awards.  In 2010, Ms. Plante was nominated by Tri-State Human Resource Management Association for the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year.
