He has successfully recruited across diverse industries and functions and has achieved outstanding success finding mid-level professionals up to and including “C” level business leaders for his clients.

Kevin’s successes include critical roles in Financial Services, Energy, Big 4 Consulting, Retail, Banking, Mortgage and Pharmaceutical industries. He has worked with Fortune 100 organizations, start-ups, publicly-traded companies, private-equity and privately-held firms.
 
 His sourcing approach combines sound recruiting techniques with new social media expertise that will allow him to find the top talent for our Fortune 50 through regional client organizations. 

Kevin’s background complements the Career Concepts team very nicely. He earned his MBA from The University of Wilmington, in Wilmington, DE, with a concentration in Human Resources, and his BA in Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
