Kathy joined the Career Concepts Search Practice in early 2011. Kathy has a broad business background spanning multiple industries including healthcare, insurance, education and non-profit.  Her functional expertise in these industries includes Marketing/Communications, Operations, Sales, Client Services/Account Management and internal recruitment.  She has extensive experience in account management demonstrating her ability to succinctly understand the clients' needs, develop project plans and targeted sourcing strategies.  Some of the accounts she has acquired and manage include: Aetna/US Healthcare, University of Pennsylvania, Prudential and Bank One.  Her sourcing and selection experience across industries for professional and managerial needs is precise and adaptive to client needs.

Kathy earned her Master's in Management from the American College and her Bachelors in History from Gettysburg College. In addition, she is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and earned her Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation.
