John J. Skabo

As a senior member of CCI’s Business Development Team, John brings his considerable array of hands-on experience gained as an HR executive with a global based chemical and pharmaceutical firm, Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis) coupled with a successful HR consulting career in New York City.  While in Manhattan, John was associated with two premier  firms, for whom he successfully developed key relationships with corporate clients from a diverse industry group including financial services; healthcare; pharmaceuticals; cable television; as well as the energy sector.

As a career management professional, John has effectively managed large scale, multi-site career transition programs and is especially effective in working with corporate teams to ensure that a smooth and seamless delivery of service is accomplished.  He has also enhanced organization’s talent management efforts thru the judicious use of executive coaching; tailored leadership development programs; and succession planning initiatives.
 
John graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a BS degree in Industrial Management.  He has also attended Penn State University and participated in Ciba-Geigy’s highly selective world-wide management development program in Switzerland.
