Vice President / Insurance Search Practice Leader

John leads CCI's Insurance Search Practice and is a well respected Executive Search partner for many global and regional market leaders in various lines of insurance including P&C, Health & Benefits and Affinity Groups. He has placed hundreds of insurance professionals at the executive through individual contributor levels in all functional disciplines including: underwriting, claims, sales, marketing, finance, operations and risk management. 

In addition to his insurance search responsibilities-John develops and manages key account functions covering other CCI business areas for corporate clients in the manufacturing, technology, retail, financial services and other industries.

He brings over twenty years of management experience in the financial services industry in the areas of administration, operations, and human resources. John’s corporate experience includes Transamerica (TIG), National Liberty Corp., Zurich Insurance and Royal & SunAlliance where he held numerous senior level positions in both HR and Operations.

John is a graduate of Temple University and holds both the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designations.
