Joe Dougherty

Joe is one of the principals of Career Concepts and a chief architect of the organization, having worked with the founding CEO to establish Career Concepts over twenty-three years ago.  Quickly assuming an equity role, Joe helped shape CCI from its inception and is committed to preserving the integrity of its mission: to earn the trust and loyalty of our clients - each and every day - by partnering with them to design and deliver the "right," best human capital solutions with their budget in mind.

Joe helped launch the company's satellite operations in both New Jersey and Delaware and was one of the founders of its search practice and interim staffing ventures.  Joe is the unofficial Chief Talent Officer for Career Concepts vigilantly working to find, attract and secure the market's highest caliber talent worthy of our clients and to sustain our year-over-year growth.  Joe's passion for CCI's work and clients fuels an incredible degree of client loyalty...so much so that many of our former clients are senior members of the CCI team today.  Joe is extremely proud that our President, the Executive Search as well as the HR Consulting Practice Leaders are all former satisfied and loyal clients.  Equally as impressive, our COO and two senior Relationship Managers have come from global competitors.  "Joe Dougherty" was the common thread - the mobilizing force who has built the organization that stands today - by assembling an incredible team who shares his passion for delivering outstanding, differentiating service to our clients.

Prior to his start-up role with Career Concepts, Joe brought over twenty years of human resources executive experience with both Prudential Insurance Company and Providian (merges with AEGON).  He is a graduate of LaSalle University and has completed a number of courses towards his Master's degree at Temple.  He has earned his FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute) designation.
