Jim is responsible for building and managing client relationships with primary focus on the South Central Pennsylvania region for Career Concepts. Jim has served in the career transition and organizational development fields for more than twenty years. His clients are diverse and cover the spectrum of industries throughout the United States and the world. Jim cultivates trust and partner relationships with his clients, and is known for providing hands-on guidance and assistance throughout all phases of projects and services, ensuring outstanding service levels are delivered.

Prior to joining the Career Concepts team in January 2010, Jim was Vice President Client Services for Right Management, a global consulting firm, for thirteen years.

Jim commits extensive time to both professional and civic activities, participating locally in SHRM where he recently served two terms on the Board of Directors as well as serving on both the Professional Development and Program Committees.  He also completed a one-year term with Leadership Lancaster and served as both a volunteer and Board member for Arbor Place, a non-profit teen center. Jim also participates in numerous non-profit fundraining events each year and has coached, conducted clinics and officiated in a variety of youth and adult sports programs.
