The group approach serves large-scale downsizings or provides homogenous groups with a cost-effective alternative toindividual programs. The affected individuals are offered assistance to help them achieve their next job as quickly as possible with the least disruption to their careers and families.

Group programs provide interactive seminars with as-needed counseling to support individual needs. A strong outcome focus, and extensive technology and support mechanisms are available to enhance this option and achieve the individual's goal of finding employment quickly.

Workshop

The needs of large groups may be handled in a workshop environment, either with or without individual coaching as circumstances warrant. The employees are given all pertinent knowledge and advice to conduct an effective job search including resume development, internet tools, research, interviewing techniques, etc.

The environment is a lively, interactive workshop that can cover one or multiple days. Follow-on, one-on-one coaching is possible to further individualize participants’ job searches, consistent with their unique needs.

Facility / Plant Closure
