Senior Consultant

Frank is a retired member of the Career Concepts team.  Prior to his current role, Frank was an owner and leader at Career Concepts, where he led the coaching practice and delivered in all of Career Concept's practice areas.

Frank provides executive coaching to executives and senior leaders for many CCI clients including several government agencies, Fortune 500 and regional firms. He has also led large-scale Executive Coaching projects, deploying executive coaches across the United States or around the world through our owner / partnership in Career Partners International (CPI). His expertise is also called upon to work with C-level executives to design enterprise Change Management strategies and solutions, leadership development, call center management and training.

Prior to Career Concepts, Frank had a successful career as a partner at Accenture, a major global consulting firm. Frank has 20+ years of experience in human capital, systems administration, re-engineering, sales, product management, operations, finance, external affairs (regulatory matters) and communications engineering. His focus throughout his career has been in the area of change management, helping organizations and people move onto the next level of performance and achieve better results.

Frank relates well with people and is comfortable in a coaching as well as a teaching environment.  He has the ability to instill enthusiasm in a group and has a broad knowledge of critical business issues.  He believes in effective teamwork to solve problems.  He brings these qualities to Career Concepts to the benefit of our clients and the organization. 

Frank is a graduate of Villanova University and Drexel University, serves the non-profit boards of Junior Achievement, Women Organized Against Rape and World Affairs Council, and is a Vietnam-era US Army veteran.
