Eileen Griffin

Director Client Services

Eileen is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Career Transition services ensuring the right "fit" between assigned, dedicated career coaches with career transition candidates.  Eileen provides hands-on oversight to the CT processes to ensure appropriate progress against milestones are being achieved for all programs.  She also directs the monthly reporting activities to keep us accountable to our clients.

Eileen is the center point of contact for clients and career transition candidates and plays a critical role with primary responsibility for the delivery of outstanding service and the achievement of stellar candidate and client satisfaction results.

Eileen attended Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia majoring in Business.
