Eileen Clark leads CCI’s HR Consulting Practice and the delivery of all HR consulting services.  Under Eileen’s leadership since joining the firm in November 2010, the HR Consulting practice has grown threefold.  Eileen has an incredible network of loyal, dedicated fans that perceive her as one of the most influential and respected female leaders in this market. Eileen’s background as a practicing litigation attorney in employment law, her corporate senior leadership role leading global HR for a Fortune 26 company as well as her entrepreneurial experience establishing and leading successful HR Consulting companies, make her an absolute subject matter expert in all things HR.

Prior to assuming her leadership role at CCI, Eileen had been in the human resources and employment law fields for over 18 years in corporate senior management positions and as an executive consultant. She was the President and co-founder of Counsel Consulting Group (CCG), an HR training and consulting company. Prior to CCG, she was Vice President Employment Counsel at AmerisourceBergen Corporation, reporting directly to the company's CEO and in charge of all aspects of HR, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, employee communications, HRIS, compliance, affirmative action / OFCCP compliance, etc. Prior to joining Amerisource, Eileen was a practicing litigation attorney, concentrating in employment matters with the law firm of Powell, Trachtman, et al. in King of Prussia, PA.

Eileen graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. dual major in Business & Marketing.  She attained her JD from Villanova University School of Law.
