Diane provides one-on-one career management coaching as part of the Career Concepts Career Transition Consultant team.  In addition, she conducts seminars and workshops on career transition for CCI candidates. Diane, a Senior Consultant, is a highly-accomplished Human Resources leader and strategic planner with more than 15 years of experience developing individual performance to transform organizational performance. 

Before joining Career Concepts, Diane held the position of Executive Vice President of Strategic Alignment responsible for Human Resources, Communications and Planning for Popular Financial Holdings.   Diane initiated a cultural transformation process for the organization that led to the company being recognized in 2005 by Fortune Magazine as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For."  Even with that accomplishment, Diane sees her greatest achievements are the employees that she has hired, coached and developed to be outstanding professionals. 

Diane is a Certified Career Management Coach and MBTI practitioner. She is currently completing her certification for the Platinum Rule assessment tool. Diane’s philosophy is to “know yourself first and then find your best career fit.” She continues to discover methods to build confidence, clarity and commitment from her clients.    

Diane received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of New Jersey.
