Senior HR Consultant
After working in a consultant role for nearly a year, Diana joined Career Concepts as a Director Client Services in March, 2011 bringing over twenty years of HR expertise to the team. In addition to leading HR Consulting projects, Diana works onsite for several clients for whom we provide HR Outsourced services. She is able to assume senior-level HR roles, managing generalist as well as compensation and benefits administration processes with subject-matter expertise. In fact, she has exceptional expertise in the area of compensation & benefits. Her other core competencies include organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, executive coaching and resource planning. Diana supports several non-profit and not-for-profit organizations in addition to working with privately and publicly-held companies.
Diana has performed well in the HR Business Partner role especially working with the executive team to develop and implement business strategy. She quickly adapts to the client's culture, easily assimilating and understanding the business needs. Diana has held executive-level Human Resources positions for the Information Technology subsidiaries of the global conglomerates, Reed Elsevier, PLC and Thomas Publishing Company, LLC. She has also served on the executive staff of a small, privately-held information technology firm. Her earlier career success includes eight years in the Defense Industry primarily focusing on compensation and benefit initiatives working in both technology and manufacturing environments.
Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Temple University and a certificate in Organizational Development from NTL Institute.
