Senior Consultant / Executive Coach

Andrea is a senior consultant who provides executive coaching for development or career transition, and designs and conducts training seminars addressing HR compliance and management  topics for our clients. Andrea also drives or assists with third party investigations as part of a CCI HR Consulting project.

Andrea served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Prudential Financial for more than 20 years.  She was one of the original attorneys chosen to service the AARP account, which Prudential handled for many years and grew into a multi-billion dollar business.  In addition, she was the regional counsel for Prudential Healthcare's Northeast Operations responsible for staff in two locations and a member of both the division and legal executive leadership teams.  Andrea also managed the litigation and customer support unit in Prudential's Fort Washington, PA office.

Andrea's expertise ranges from human resource and employment matters to litigation management, compliance and regulatory matters, and life/health/annuity insurance products and services. 

Over the years, she has worked closely with business executives, human resource managers and internal clients as well as outside counsel, opposing counsel, regulators and customers.  She brings not only her technical expertise but a practical and common sense approach to problem solving; seeking solutions that make sense and reduce risk.

Andrea has served on Prudential's Eastern Operations Diversity Council, successfully representing the company before the PHRC and EEOC, and has been involved in numerous discrimination investigations.  She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, and Temple University School of Law.
